Key Dates - 2011
Orders. There are no 'order by' deadlines. Order today, next week or next term. You choose when to order at a convenient time for your school. A confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent by email.
Dispatch. All 2011 examination papers and solutions will be mailed during Week 4 of Term 3. Orders received after this time will be mailed within the next five working days.
Invoices. A tax invoice for the total amount will be sent to your school after dispatch of the examination papers.

How do you protect the integrity and security of papers?
The Conditions of Sale which all purchasing schools must sign and agree to on the order form, include the following.
- Examination papers and solutions will not be released to students to take home until the agreed release date.
- Examination papers and solutions in both printed and electronic forms will be stored securely from the time they are received until the relevant release date. For physical items (CD, USB drive or printed papers), secure would be at least under lock and key. School computer networks are not considered secure for storage nor is email considered a secure method of transmitting any part of a paper.
- Examination papers and solutions are for the sole use of staff and students of the purchasing institute. It is a breach of copyright to distribute them in whole or part in any form now or in the future to any other institute or person.
These conditions are typical of existing commercial examination providers and over the years have served the community well in maintaining the integrity of papers within the state during the end of academic year examination period.
