We often hear that schools spend time making changes to our regular math exams,
just so they know that the questions in their papers will be unique to their school.
Our unique premium paper option saves schools this additional workload,
where we supply schools a unique paper stitched together from several different versions of each
question and guarantee that in any exam, fewer than half of the questions in your paper will
be the same as those in any other exam supplied to any other WA school.
Schools ordering any Unit 1 math paper can opt to receive an Alternative exam with reduced
content from latter topics, instead of our regular exam that covers the entire unit.
This option is popular with schools who will not complete an entire unit before Semester One exams are scheduled.
Applications will not examine similar figures and scale factors dot points 1.3.5 to 1.3.8.
Methods will not examine trig function dot points 1.3.9 to 1.3.16.
Specialist will not examine dot points from Topic 1 and Topic 3 requiring use of the scalar product.

Mathematics Past Paper Types
Column headings indicate year that papers were used by WA schools for their semester exams.
Unit 1 and Unit 3 papers examine content from just those units, typically taught in Semester One.
Units 1&2 and Units 3&4 papers examine content from both units taught over the whole year,
with an equal weighting to content from both units.
